I thoroughly enjoyed learning the Safe Swallowing Education Course, it clarified questions I had within my SIL House here in Albury. 1 of my participants is a lazy chewer and has mild epilepsy. This course helped me identify where I sit with her. I will follow up with my staff in our next Team meeting and have a clear discussion with them also.

As you know, we work with people with disabilities and this course has been fantastic for staff to have a better understanding when working with our participants around mealtime supervision and what to look for if they suspect some swallowing issues.
