The information in this course is based on over 35 years’ experience working in the Disability and Aged Care sector as a specialist in swallowing difficulties and food and fluid modifications. Disability and aged care staff training has been an integral part of this passion. The International Dysphagia Diet Initiative Standards (IDDSI) are explained here according to their strict guidelines.
